I was going to write a review today, but I am so sad. A boy was struck and killed in front of D & M’s school today and on his 13th birthday, too! πππ My prayers go out to his family.
However, I will still update you on some happier stuff, as it is the season. We carved pumpkins, of course.
Mine
D’s
M’s
Aaron’s
Note, I carved mine without drawing on it first. That’s some skillful free-hand carving, if I do say so myself.
And we trick-or-treated, of course.
That’s a crocheted Loki’s helm. Not my work. π
And I fed IL his first Reeses Peanut Buttr Cup (naughty me).
So sorry to hear about the accident. It is terribly sad. Here on Long Island we have had so many pedestrian fatalities lately.
Very cute pictures and very cool pumpkins.

Thanks Brian! Pedestrian fatalities usually don’t hit me as hard as this one. This was partly because it was a kid and mostly because it happened right in front of the kids’ school, and I actually saw the kid’s bike lying there. (They had it out there for three hours.)

So very sad about the accident. Praying for his family!
Everyone did a great job on the pumpkins! You have very cute kids and I love the costumes.
IL looks like he loves Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups as much as I do π

I’m hoping he doesn’t remember what they look like, or else he’ll be bugging us for some as we eat our leftovers. So far so good, I think. I don’t want him to get into the habit of eating candy. Too young for that.

Yes, the accident was so sad! π¦ As I was saying to Brian, they usually don’t affect me quite so strongly, but seeing his bike lying there was like a blow.
